It’s always nice to see a Las Vegas printing company that will hold the presses for some camaraderie and holiday festivities. Yesterday, December 8th, was the Las Vegas Color Graphics 6th Annual Holiday Bake Off. Some of the employees baked their favorite holiday recipes to enter into the yearly contest. The submissions were absolutely amazing…and delicious.
This annual event is an exciting time of year for Las Vegas Color Graphics. The company has been buzzing in anticipation of the delicious baked goods.
There were 12 scrumptious desserts entered:
• Brownie Bottom Cheesecake
• Pecan Pie
• Chocolate Swirl Muffin Cake
• Chocolate Swirl Muffin Cake
• Bundt cake
• California Lemon Squares
• Butter Toffee Crunch
• Cocoa Tiramisu
• BTS Cake
• Pudding Pie
• Strawberry Cake Delight
• Mint Fudge Brownies
• Banana Caramel Cream Pie
Judging started at 11:00am. Each dessert was displayed with a corresponding number. The presentation of all the entries made them all look quite appealing. With the vast array of delicious choices the judges were only able to take a bite or two of each item. All the baked goods were outstanding and it was a tough decision for the judges to make.
Winners of the Holiday Bake Off at Las Vegas Color
The judges anonymously voted for their 1st, 2nd, and 3rd choices and the votes were tallied. Here are the final results:
1st Prize $100.00 Winner—Brownie Bottom Cheesecake made by Jillian Wells
2nd Prize $50.00 Winner—Pudding Pie by Matt Samson
3rd Prize $25.00 Winner—Butter Toffee Crunch by Traci Goldhammer
After the judging and the winners were announced, all of the employees were given an opportunity to sample the goods and printing in Las Vegas commenced (again). What a great way to celebrate the holidays at Las Vegas Color Graphics!
